UCEAP Memorial Scholarship, in memory of Carmen Usobiaga

The UCEAP Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 2006 to allow alumni, staff, faculty and friends of UCEAP to have a lasting impact on our students and program.
The Carmen Usobiaga Memorial Scholarship honors students studying in Spain.
Please note applications will not be directly accepted for this award. To apply for this award, you must submit an application for the UCEAP Global Scholarship, and your application will be forwarded internally based on the award qualifications.
